FreshFlora operates as an online multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace facilitating sales between local verified nursery merchants, flower florists, landscaping service providers, and buyers in Daltonganj, Jharkhand.

When you purchase a product on FreshFlora, the transaction contract for sale is formed directly between you (the Buyer) and the registered seller displaying the item, facilitated through FreshFlora's platform and delivery network.

• Registration & OTP Verification: To place orders or access user services, you must provide accurate personal information and verify your mobile number/email using One-Time Passwords (OTP).
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device access and OTP codes. Any action initiated under your verified phone number/account is deemed authorized by you.
• Account Suspension: FreshFlora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fake orders, harassment of delivery riders/sellers, or misuse of promotional discount codes.

All prices displayed on FreshFlora are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are set by respective sellers. Total cart charges include item cost, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), and delivery charges calculated at checkout prior to payment.

Payments can be completed via online payment methods (Razorpay UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Online transactions are subject to validation checks by payment processors.

Fresh cut flowers, floral bouquets, and live potted plants are perishable items. Delivery timelines displayed are estimates based on local Daltonganj logistics. Buyers must ensure correct delivery address and recipient availability at the designated delivery slot.

Cancellations and returns are strictly governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations are permitted prior to order processing. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, requests for return/replacement of damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshFlora, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, third-party seller product defects, or temporary network interruptions. FreshFlora's aggregate liability for direct claims shall not exceed the total order value paid by the buyer for the specific transaction.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Daltonganj, Palamu District, Jharkhand, India.
